Because our business includes hardware supply, software setup, installation scheduling, customization, and technical services, refunds and cancellations are reviewed based on the stage of the order and the nature of the product or service purchased.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before procurement, dispatch, license activation, customization, or on-site work is initiated.
• If material has already been ordered, configured, activated, or assigned specifically for your requirement, cancellation charges may apply.
• Custom integrations, configured software modules, special-order devices, and site-specific implementation services are generally non-cancellable once work has begun.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds may be approved where payment was collected but the order cannot be fulfilled by us for operational reasons.
• If a duplicate payment or overpayment is made, the excess amount may be refunded after verification.
• Approved refunds, if any, are processed to the original payment source or another verified method permitted by us.

Non-Refundable Items and Services

• Completed installations, training sessions, consultation charges, and already rendered support services.
• Software setup, activation, user configuration, migration, or any customized implementation work.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper electrical conditions, unauthorized repair, or physical tampering.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a wrong item or a product that appears damaged on delivery, please notify us promptly with order details and supporting photos or videos so we can review and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 7 to 10 business days. Final credit timelines may vary depending on banks, card networks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.
